Development of Questions

Asvaco works with relevant industry subject matter experts to develop necessary questions to guide the automated collection and creation of content/data necessary to do particular assessments, e.g. to allow assessments of critical infrastructure of a customer, maritime security, special events, safety of school systems, preparedness assessments, etc.

Creation of Content Modules

Easy to use “yes/no and multiple choice” questions developed and put into Asvaco Content Module s by Asvaco’s Scriptwriter for use in Asvaco’s Engine by Assessors.

Collection of Data

Assessors (either Asvaco collection teams or User teams) plug in appropriate Content Module to the Asvaco Engine, and then collect data, including pictures, and video by answering questions from all necessary sources using online web site (ATAP) or Microsoft Word document (FFQ) as missions required.

Intel Analysis

Collected raw data is analyzed and converted by the Asvaco Engine into either completed assessments and/or actionable intelligence (if intel involved) per SME’s instructions and formulas contained in Content Modules.

Creation of Reports and Presentations

The final report will be delivered in Microsoft Word format, which allows for additional editing.

Reports can also be available in the secure web based Asvaco G2 viewer with its latest multimedia features, including hot spots, video, audio, pdf, word documents, etc.

  • Document Assembly system included which can construct full assessment report including table of contents, introduction, body of report and pictures either hard copy of digitized.
  • Document Management system included which searches and retrieves documents by key words, dates and many other ways.

Asvaco Software

The Asvaco ScriptWriter© is used to create an assessment module. An assessment module is composed of many questions, organized in a series of groups and subgroups. Every answered question results in a written statement with recommendations, reference information and an assigned rating scale. The Asvaco ScriptWriter© allows the author to create a module of expert information so it is usable by non experts.

The Asvaco Engine© takes all of the information obtained by completing an assessment module and creates a report in plain English, complete with charts, graphs and a table of contents. This is done in real time and can change in real time if answers to the assessment change. The Asvaco Engine© also performs statistical calculations using assigned rating scales, to determine what part of the assessment is acceptable or what parts need improvement.

The Asvaco G2© provides access to the assessment data along with any pictures, blueprints, video or voice recordings entered while performing the assessment with the Asvaco Engine©. The Analyzer also allows you to create reports and can perform statistical analysis on single or multiple assessments to gain specific or area results.
